Basileia was born on the 19th of October 1996 in Athens, Greece. Her height is 1.72m and weight 62kg.

She has won the Greek Championship competing in the Laser Radial category 6 times (2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018), in 2011 she won the silver medal and in 2015 the bronze. Furthermore,  she holds the 9th place (882 pts) in the World Rankings in Laser Radial, a distinction that proves that she is one of the best athletes in her discipline worldwide.
